ARENACX PROVIDER NETWORK

Join a selective network built around real customer opportunities.

ArenaCX works primarily with BPOs that can add meaningful capability, geography, scale, capacity, or specialist expertise to customer solutions. You choose the opportunities that fit. ArenaCX helps structure the sourcing, commercial, and operating path around them.

A channel that can complement your own growth engine.

ArenaCX gives qualified providers another way to participate in customer opportunities without asking them to chase every lead or build every adjacent capability themselves.

  • Selective opportunities

Participate in customer opportunities that complement your own direct-sales efforts.

  • Provider choice

Pursue only the opportunities that fit your capabilities, geography, capacity, scale, economics, and strategy.

  • Broader market access

Benefit from ArenaCX relationships across enterprises, BPO customers, advisors, technology companies, Channel Partners, and other sources of demand.

  • Structured sourcing

Work through clearer requirements, timelines, Q&A, and RFP/RFI administration rather than avoidable process friction.

  • Capability extension

When a customer need reaches beyond your footprint, ArenaCX can assemble complementary resources rather than requiring you to build everything yourself.

  • Success-oriented relationship

The relationship is built around real business and successful participation — not high-volume lead generation.

Built primarily around BPO delivery.

BPOs are the core of the ArenaCX Provider Network. The ecosystem also includes selected technology, staffing, consulting, and specialist providers that can round out customer solutions when the work calls for them.

  • BPOs

Customer service, technical support, back office, specialist operations, onshore, nearshore, offshore, multilingual, seasonal/surge, and other delivery models.

  • Staffing / talent

Workforce, project, overflow, field, or specialist talent requirements.

  • Software / technology

AI, CCaaS, WFM, QA, analytics, automation, and other customer-solution technologies.

  • Consultants / specialists

Niche expertise and capabilities that complement the broader solution.

Simple in public. Disciplined behind the scenes.

Strong operators. Good fit. Senior engagement.

ArenaCX does not publish an internal scorecard or qualification formula. At a high level, we look for providers that can bring the right operating capability and work well inside a customer solution.

  • Operating capability & fit

Relevant capabilities, geographies, workforce models, quality systems, and delivery readiness.

  • Track record & reputation

References, years of experience, demonstrated performance, market reputation, and customer credibility.

  • Scale & readiness

Enough organizational depth and operating discipline for the role the provider intends to play — whether large-scale or specialized.

  • Commercial competitiveness

The ability to respond competitively and transparently to customer requirements and structured sourcing processes.

  • Senior engagement & collaboration

Entrepreneurialism, responsiveness, senior-level involvement, collaborative spirit, and a willingness to solve problems constructively.

A selective network requires real commitment on both sides.

A one-time application fee applies to new Provider Network applicants. Demand to join is high, ArenaCX incurs real qualification and onboarding costs, and the fee helps ensure that applicants are making a genuine investment in ArenaCX as a channel.

Paying the application fee does not guarantee opportunity volume, customer selection, revenue, preferred allocation, or exclusivity.

When customers include Impact objectives, the Provider Network helps put them into practice.

Impact requirements are customer-led. ArenaCX can incorporate those requirements into sourcing and solution design, and qualified Provider Network members can deliver against them where the operating fit supports it.

  • Ownership

Verified ownership characteristics may matter when they are relevant to the customer requirement.

  • Location

A program may seek to create opportunity in specific or underserved geographies.

  • Employment

Workforce access or employment populations may be part of the customer objective.

  • Mission

A provider's mission and operating model may create a supportable social or economic benefit.

Impact never substitutes for operating fit. Provider attributes do not automatically create certification, set-aside, supplier-diversity, or public-sector credit for ArenaCX or the customer.
